I’m glad you have found my site!
... There is so much to share.
As a retired 23 year-school counselor, with experience in business and with non-profits, I have found many similarities among the needs of people and organizations. My practice is based primarily on the concepts and strategies of Howard Glasser, creator of The Nurtured Heart Approach" (TM), Dr. Sue Johnson, developer of "Emotionally Focused Therapy" (TM) and "Hold Me Tight", and the perceptive work of Dr. Carol McCall in "The Empowerment of Listening". Client-centered and marriage friendly, these bodies of work have proven successful for people of all ages in many circumstances and lines of work. Individuals, couples, families, and professionals have benefited greatly from these works.

"Creating Connections" - with National Marriage Seminars, was held in Raleigh, NC on September 12, 2015. "Sue", as she insists on being called, offers the most effective approach to couples counseling that exists. The principles apply to individual and family therapy as well. About Soulmates... REALLY?
Look at this uTube clip by Dr. Sue Johnson:
My license plate stated: 'NURTURE Kids First'. We parent our children with information from our own experience. We had great examples of parenting - or not! We may be determined to function 180 degrees differently. If our own young life was not nurtured or disciplined in the most positive way, we must learn to parent and nurture ourselves. I continue to learn, and find that the work of brilliant authors blend to make SO much sense and provide ideas that can be applied for most people. My intention is to share this information with those who are interested and ready to make changes that THEY deem important. The work can positively impact anyone in any setting, and has proven to be amazingly successful for many families, schools, and organizations. I would LOVE to tell you more!
